I'm Serenity Williams, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to empowering women to prioritize their health and wellbeing for longevity. With 11 years of calling Cambridge home, my husband and I have built a loving whānau with our two young boys.

My own journey of overcoming personal health challenges has ignited a fire within me to support others. Through continuous study, research, and upskilling, I tailor my programs to address the unique needs of each woman who walk through my door. My main focus is helping the mature generation by educating around the importance of resistance training and understanding how it can help minimize falls, injury and a decline in functional movement.

As a devoted wife, mother, and business owner, I prioritize my own self-care and whānau time. I believe that taking care of oneself is essential to nurturing others. My journey has taught me that every small step counts, and I'm grateful for the unwavering support of those who have continued to support me.
