"A strong core is the foundation of a strong body.
Build from the inside out."
Our core muscles, including our abs, obliques, and lower back, play a crucial role in:
Maintaining good posture and reducing back pain
Improving balance and stability
Enhancing athletic performance and reducing injury risk
Supporting our pelvic floor and core muscles during pregnancy and menopause.
You do not need visible abs to have a strong core. A strong core comes with proper form, technique and engagement support.
As a mum of 2 young boys and the lack of education around the pelvic floor and core through pregnancy, I suffered with a sore lower back, weak hips and involuntary bladder leaks. Now that I make time to focus on my core and pelvic floor there is noticeable improvement.
