Mobility is everything. I worked as a healthcare assistant for 3 - 4 years with disability and elderly and noticed the restrictions they had to face daily.

When I had my tubes removed in 2020 my mobility and mental health was a hit and miss all year following the 3 surgeries I had over that space of time. It was discouraging but I was determined to never feel like that again so I started researching more about the human body for my self personally which lead to me getting a training qualification so I can use that knowledge and experience to support others.

Mobility movements help with:

  • Injury prevention

  • Improved range of motion

  • Posture correction

  • Longevity with age

Mobility movement also helps with functional movement for everyday living like walking, getting up and down from a chair, carrying things, pushing a trolly or a pram or bending to pick things up off the floor. To be able to do these things independently as you age is a win and essential if you want to keep that independence.
